商家在退房时，叫我们先走押金会主动退还。结果乱扣费。😂说是用了什么计生用品，硬生生扣了我20。真黑心，😂😂可惜人走了没办法和她理论。真恶心，隔音也是一般般一大早很吵

房间是那种小清新的，但是不大，很紧凑，靠近马路比较吵。非常不满前台的服务态度，非常不好，感觉很差，下次不会再住了

前台女生服务态度极差，简直影响心情，如果不想上班就别上，一坐下来，发现电视附近有蟑螂，拖鞋没洗干净还有黑色的脏东西，拿一次性牙刷的时候，手上沾上了不明黑色物体，早餐没特色～

地段不错，环境也不错，服务真是无语，定了三间房，前台居然把一间双床房给错误的排成了大床房，无语，沟通中，几个服务员居然懵懂无知般，真是醉了

这是住过的史上卫生状况最差的酒店，边边角角全是灰，墙上还有蜘蛛网，像很久没人打扫的房间一样，虫子到处爬，毫不夸张打死了9只虫子，一晚上都提心吊胆生怕有虫子爬到床上，幸亏只订了一个晚上，果断退房另外找地方住。

酒店的环境很好，地理位置也很好，到三坊七巷和西湖公园都很近，出门就是公交车站。可以免费停车，还有洗衣机。房间里没有电话，也不知道wifi，服务员态度一般，但有一个帅哥??
