服务态度差，问啥都不知道或者没有，连吹风机都没有，床上席梦思钢丝凸显，仅在此之上垫了一层床垫，本想将盖杯垫着，从出柜中拿一床盖，结果橱柜中的被子发黄不说全是头发！！！漫漫长夜不知如何熬过，明晚酒店已另觅他家！本人认为硬件变动难，耗时耗金，但软件如服务卫生难以谅解！
