酒店服务非常好。前台陆华，吕珍华服务好，人也可爱，走时还给孩子送了手工皂。早晨的自助餐也不错，餐厅的赵大姐和黄大姐帮我的孩子忙前忙后，拿吃的和饮料，非常感谢。下次还会来的。

挂牌的四星级酒店，酒店位置很优越，出行很方便，值得推荐的是酒店的前台人员乔小姐用心的去对待客人，介绍早餐，无线网络连接，登记车牌号码，提醒车辆出去门口禁止左拐等等，很吃惊酒店前台会有如此的细节服务，比在其他城市好很多很多！房间洗澡水比较大，卫生间宽敞，有洗衣液可供使用。晚上会送水果和酸奶，很人性化的服务理念。因为订的不含早的房间，所以没法点评酒店的早餐，总台的赵玲介绍的酒店对面的三星小饭店里的包子和阳春面值得推荐给大家，虽然环境不咋地，据说在高邮也有好多年历史了。退房时大堂刘经理，主动问询入住感受及意见，一种受宠若惊的感觉，都有点让我不好意思了，太贴心的服务态度啊！还有好多酒店其他工作人员都很热情，让我的旅程增添一份难忘的回忆。
