到店前台说我订的是特价房，不推荐入住，又冷又小。我要求看一下，服务员带我去看后感觉还可以。办完入住到房间才发现开的和看的不一样。去和前台理论，前台态度极差，说我订的就是这种小的。我问那为什么带我看大的，那个**女前台只会说订的就是小的。真*！
