我们自驾到格尔木因为堵车缘故，到酒店时候已经是深夜了，但是，大厅服务员姬霞霞依然很热情周到的为我们安排好了住宿，第二天，咨询路途问题时，在大厅有个叫李露的服务员为我们很详细的说了她对那些问题的看法，对我们帮助很大，后来，我们出行时车陷进沼泽，还是李露为我们打电话喊的拖车来将车拖出来，这种负责任的态度对我们来说太难得了！
