优：参加的是艺龙的首单半价活动，房价很合理。
热水，空调都很暖和
位置距离火车站很近，周边饮食娱乐场所挺多的
缺：房间隔音不太好，能听到旁边房间的电视机声音
墙纸有部分脱落，该修啦

非常差劲绝对不推荐！刚办好住房手续！进屋还没坐呢就接到前台电话，说是我身份证有问题。他们已经报警了，让我出去，我又没做啥，出去就出去呗！到了大厅一个不知道是警察还是协警的胖子很横的站那，旁边还有个老板样子的女的，二话不说让我坐警车到派出所，那女的跟领功一样说人我给你们带过来了！屋里警察看一眼我身份证就说对不起他们搞错了，麻烦你了，然后那女的还不可思议的看着我！而且事后前台果断换人那女的也藏起来了。
