定的1.5的床，给的1.35的床，问前台说都是1.5的，一量还是1.35的，说是她们的问题，送份水果了事!整体说来硬件没有问题，员工服务太差，连基本的床大小都不知道，还有酒店清洁做得不好，台盆里渣子都看得见，所以主要是管理还要加强!
