房间号是8213，从价格来说，性价比是比较高的，从设施设备来说，我觉得可以考虑重新装修和设备更新了，从维护保养来说，做的并不是很到位，很多细节做的一般，比如电源插线面板就比较脏，盥洗池也不是很干净，空调的制热效果一般，声音也比较大，床上用品的边缘已经脱线了等
