7点入住，没有热水，9点停电。房间一般般，服务很差，预定豪华标间2间，酒店说没有了，所以给了普通标间，而且酒店说只收到1房间的预定，那普通标间是返19元，豪华是返10元，应该怎么返我？酒店非常不耐烦的告诉我，不关他们的事，要我去找同程？？！！同程，你该怎么回复我？？！！
