宾馆尚可，硬件不错，只是服务维保没有跟上，这个天雪还未融，房间没有空调，一晚上不脱衣服都冷，脱衣洗澡睡觉更冷，有顾客和宾馆方发生争执。另外电吹风的电线金属裸露在外，浴室水篷头坏的，水乱流，没有网络甚至有线网络都没有，4星硬件2星服务。

酒店热水是限时供应，后来又停电，洗了头发也没法吹干，最后POS机又无法结算房费，还要重新付现金，信用卡的预授权也无法取消……实事求是的说，完全达不到4星级标准，只比如家快捷好点吧，以后不敢再来了。

酒店服务态度很好，尤其是客房服务员，住的房间空调、电视、网络都不能用，房间服务员还帮我们换了房间；房间的硬件还可以，不过网络、电视都是摆设！
