多次入住这家酒店，设施服务都很好，性价比高。特别值得一提，自助早餐里的小面真的很好吃很好吃。我有只要去邻水，这里就是我只会选择的唯一一家酒店！！！可是这次入住有个不好的体验，到得较晚，网上预定了一间高级单人房被退，说满房了，酒店未确认。到了前台询问前台人员，前台一男性员工说高级豪华等房型均已满，只剩行政楼层，我说网上明明可以定，他说没有了不可能确认，我们也不可能为了你把已入住的客人轰出去，这句是原话。最后我通过艺龙定了一间豪华单间，酒店确认后成功入住。我差不多晚上10点左右到酒店，最后弄到11点半左右进入客房。我希望此件小事酒店方引起重视，注意培训前台人员职业素养。
