房间很大，卫生间很大，装潢很土豪，早餐一般。是挂牌的四星酒店，但服务却达不到。退房时带走了一次性马桶垫（没注意要付费），结账时前台没有和我确认就直接在信用卡里扣了钱，我想退回去都不行了。住别的酒店凡是有了房间消费，查房后都会和我确认，但这间酒店接到查房服务员电话后话都没有和我说就直接扣钱了。我认为不是几块钱的问题，而是是服务水平、服务素质的问题。第一次遇到这样的酒店，真是无语。
