酒店的热水是24小时供应，水量大温度也很好，花洒喷头可调洗的很舒服。酒店服务前台及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。

酒店有严重的欺诈行为，建议入住了朋友进屋前仔仔细细检查所有设施，特别是马桶垫、矿泉水、纸巾、是否已经有人为动过的痕迹。我入住就被敲诈的一包纸巾钱，我根本碰都没碰纸巾，退房时说纸巾底下有个裂口，被动过了，估计是服务员管用的伎俩。
