酒店位置很好，开车过来很方便，而且在利州广场附近，很好找。酒店服务也很好，带着孩子，听说孩子过生日，还帮忙升级成了亲子房，意外之喜，感觉很温暖。设施也很齐全，卫生打扫得很干净，没啥说的，五星好评，下次还会推荐给朋友。

设施老旧，环境吵杂，同时定了两个房间，416，418，一个房间窗户打不开，里面气味令人做呕！另一个房间房卡折了不能刷卡开门，去前台询问，让找服务人员，再问房卡有何用，说是取电！*******！明知是故障烂卡，还要给我，当我傻子！？人家开门刷卡，我还要到处找人开门！我给的钱少了吗？讨厌这种欺凌行为！后来强烈要求才换！然后就是吵闹，陈旧！我以人格担保，绝无戏言！可以先看房再订！整个感觉就是欺负我们乡下人没有进过城，网上预定的，就应该是一些残次破败品吗！？

上广元考试，网上查这家酒店离考点很近，结果入住体验真的很糟糕，吵！太吵了！下面是夜啤大排档！住宿在四楼，五楼是KTK，还不隔音！凌晨两点根本无法入睡，明天考试，心里那个焦急啊！！！！房间之间隔音，不摆了！隔壁放了屁，走廊过个人，一清二楚！！！床单毛巾，发黄，破烂，地毯恶臭，酒疯子不关门高谈阔论……！我谁都不怪，只怪自己贪便宜！便宜真的无好货！！！切记！！！仅此糟糕的入住体验，提醒大家！慎重入住波尔多……
