这个酒店服务房型之差，我们一共订了三个房间，最开始是两单间一标间，后来我们带的小孩单间过小换的标间，3楼的标间没有热水！然后418房间一进去就是轰隆隆的锅炉声音，客房服务员说本来不能入住的房间还硬要安排给我们！下去找前台解决说要补钱，别的酒店都会自动升级的，他们偏要我们掏钱！然后我们果断的换了标间！！！第二天早上我们房间只有一把牙刷去找服务员拿还很牛哄哄的说已经提供给我们了两把牙刷说再拿就要付费！我至于为了那一元钱的牙刷还要多此一举么？！结果她到我们房间看了确认之后才拿给我的！！！吃早餐的时候问服务员要一个小孩吃饭用的勺子也说没有！全程黑脸！服务员的态度说有多差就有多差！！！要选择此酒店的请慎重考虑
