我最不愉快的一次入住，以前回来都是住这里，这次回来感觉最差，这个酒店开业时间比较长，房间设施就不说了，你浴室毛巾应该更换了吧，又黑又旧，即使我不用，看到始终觉得不舒服。浴室龙头也是坏的，无法固定，只有把龙头拿手上用。晚上11点多入住，第二天早上8点多，房间外面工人就开始大声喧哗，隔壁开始电转打墙，打电话去总台投诉，结果电话所有按钮全是坏的，昨晚入住根本没有告知我第二天装修，向前台投诉了也无效，电转的声音根本让人无法入睡，而且内心极度不舒服，本来就是出差办事，旅途劳累不说，睡也睡不好，所以给这个差评我也觉得合理，既然是所谓的星级酒店，真心希望你们的服务可以跟上……
