自驾从北京去重庆，路过广元，到酒店的时间有些晚，位置没有万达那边便利，毕竟不在商圈，但很安静。入住办理的速度很快，服务态度很好，房间很干净，配套也还不错。新酒店没有装修的气味，但洗澡间地面还是能看到装修痕迹。大床房有沙发床，可以打开使用，柜子里备有被子，需要装东西的袋子要致电总台送，不像一般的五星级酒店之间配在房间内，不过布袋质量很好。提供的农夫山泉矿泉水不限量，每一层电梯旁会及时补充瓶装水。前台迎宾有俄罗斯小姐姐服务，非常nice，和小朋友拍照合影。早餐比较丰富，牛肉面好吃，餐厅略小，入住人流不密集的情况下还好。退房和开发票很速度，地下停车场可免费停车。
总体印象不错，如果非要给点意见，我觉得：在春节这样的节假日入住，是否可以有一些小礼物或者果盘，以表示对客人的问候和祝福，退房有些小的伴手礼。一般的中高档酒店这种服务都已经可以做到了，希尔顿更应该可以做的贴心一些。
