剑阁县城算是比较好的四星酒店，但酒店的位置有点边，不开车很难找到，旁边也没有什么吃饭的地方，不方便。酒店的服务一般，跟四星酒店不相配。我们一行在晚上九点多到酒店的，我们带的行李多，但酒店的门卫看到也不帮忙推行李车过来装行李，服务态度一般。酒店卫生间的灯时好时坏。

酒店的设备设施非常好，各个部门的服务都非常的好，我在餐厅吃了晚饭，去泡了温泉，酒店前台的服务员，给我的印象非常深，他们态度热情，服务周到，给客人以宾至如归的感觉。我只想建议酒店将游泳池的水加温，10月的室外，水温十几度，游泳有点凉。总之这个酒店十分的好，性价比高，值得入住！

房间不错，温泉特别好可惜凭房卡每天限泡一次不太合理。艺龙没注明预定的房间是否含温泉还是打电话到酒店问了才知道。中秋节当晚酒店还送了2个月饼感觉很温馨。
