酒店很好，服务也很热情，但客人素质不高，靠温泉池一侧的房间不太安静，有些团体玩得很嗨，很晚了还在走廊里大声喧哗，希望今后酒店能提醒一下。

绝对差评，忍不住半夜评价，西安旅游回来途中一路玩回来，看到此酒店图片和介绍不错，说实话价格也合适，就下定了！导航一路奔袭过来，好戏也开始了，可能是此店老板占到这个好位置房间不愁卖吧，此店少有几个懂得酒店礼仪的服务生，几乎所有人员说话都是很硬朗的，好吧，我以为这是此店的个性，客官自己来体验吧！再说说温泉，这是重点，各位客官艺龙上定的房间是不包括温泉的，**！温泉酒店不含温泉，闻所未闻！来都来了有啥法，自己掏钱吧，50/位！人家还说没错啊！没说要含室外温泉啊？！而且还给你打折了，我算了下，房费➕室外温泉跟酒店挂牌价相比少了8大8元！真的够仁义！敬告各位客官下次在艺龙定房一定打电话确认一下房间里的牙刷、毛巾什么的要不要另外收费！致电客服人家也不承认有任何误导消费者之嫌，你这种报喜不报忧的做法真的让人觉得你这么大的企业真的***不要脸到一定程度了。

来四川旅游，到剑阁泡温泉，环境和性价比都非常好，而且臭鸡蛋味很浓，在很多的有名气温泉都没这感觉。
