早晨八点左右离开房间出去办事，中午十一点多回来续好房，到房间一开门，背包在地上，目前还没有清点物品。客房服务员讲进来打扫卫生了，又说看到有东西灰都没有怎么擦……我就想说，客人没有退房可以私下进入房间打扫卫生吗，前面入住很多次怎么没有看见你们来打扫过卫生呢？
