酒店位置不错，在闹市区但是却比较安静。房间陈设比较老旧但是总的来说过得去，毛巾有的都烂掉了。应该更换。早餐比较丰盛，菜品多。正好赶上清明节很多团体游客入住，艺龙上定了三间房，两间到店付一间预付，艺龙出乌龙，预付一间房酒店并未接到通知导致无房，最后艺龙协商退费让我们自己加钱改成商务单间再补差价。在前台耽搁了一个小时，整个沟通过程中，前台服务员有一位极不耐烦，导致沟通十分不顺利，其他都还好。酒店满房前台繁忙可以理解，但是和客人发火也并不是沟通的方式。
