入住体验极差 服务差是硬伤 入住拿行李没有任何服务 我们晚上十点多入住 一路高速出来后寻找酒店很疲惫 办理入住期间因老人多行李多 前台办理完手续后得知需要再次出大厅到一次的住宿楼入住 又赶上天黑下雨 要求服务人员领取 前台并未安排 告知让门口保安领 等我们走到大门口 保安装聋作哑一副爱答不理的样子 后来询问我们住哪 我们说明后他说了一句 “我还以为你们住别墅呢”一脸的嫌弃 一副功力嘴脸说完后转身就不再理我们了 之后我们自己到房间 定的两个房间都有虫子 放下行李去泡汤 泡汤区域的服务员拉着一副死人脸爱答不理 明明有电梯 让我们走台阶 看着我们有三个老人 还指给我们台阶上 更衣区也基本没有服务 找不到就要到门口叫 全程都拉着脸 出汤过闸机后还见两个女服务员议论客人 差 极差 非常差 特别提出表扬的是开电瓶的小哥 早上下雨 服务很好的带我们到园区游览 一路还有解说 也非常礼貌友好
