其他都好，浴袍应该在温泉更衣室发放更换，自己从酒店拿的浴袍挂温泉旁边，起来拿的时候被一个神经病大妈争是她的，一晚上的心情都坏掉了

酒店的服务不错，早餐品种很多，味道好。不足之处：房间太小了，屋里走动如同过独木桥；地毯时间太长，房间灰尘太多，在屋里呆一会儿，手机屏幕上、衣服上的灰尘清晰可见；最糟糕的是，我入住房间是9A822，换气扇是坏的，房间里太臭了，这屋里电话也是坏的，联系前台说立马检修，但直到我们离店，也没见人给修，非常影响我们与前台联系接送车，只能出门不行。总之，跟别墅、跟高级大床房，这些字眼不配。

酒店硬件不错，但是前台服务太慢了，太慢了，太慢了，而且这么大的酒店居然都不知道规矩，谁声音大，谁手伸得近就给谁办理，温泉水那叫一个脏，就算十一人多吧，也要换水啊，多开几个池子啊，太脏了，第二天赠送的温泉票都不用了，温泉水太脏了。

此次行程最不满意的宾馆：1.住宿和温泉相距太远，服务跟不上，前台说不能开车去住宿点，有观光车接送，但是住宿点到温泉等了15分钟的车，坐了2分钟，泡完温泉又没车愿意送，师傅都在推，只有勉强把车开上去了。2.
