可能是淡季，人不是很多，前台美女态度和蔼，还免费帮忙升了房，还是可以的。因为没时间，还没体验游泳池，下次再来。广元就两个五星级，万达这个还是可以的。点赞。

前台服务热情，到店升级房型很惊喜，入住办理快捷。停车、吃饭购物都很方便。
但是卫生情况让人大跌眼镜，刚进房换拖鞋，赤脚踩地摊上就被之前住客剪落的脚指甲扎破脚！！！恶心，极不卫生，房间都不吸尘的吗？！
房间隔音效果不好，走廊里谈话房间内听得特别清楚。提供多种枕头选择。江景视野不错。

酒店在万达广场旁边，但是广元交通不是很方便，酒店周边很堵车。酒店当天免费给我们升了行政楼层，但是进洗手间就发现洗漱台上有两把没有用的牙刷。不知道是没有打扫干净，还是什么……酒店早餐一般……
