整体干净整洁，房间也大。我们两人入住只给了一张房卡，每次下楼拿外卖都要麻烦员工替我按电梯。门口公交挺多的，总体来说不错

在天河区不错的位置，吃饭逛街都挺方便，前台小哥也超好的，免费给升级了房间，早餐在丰盛一点就更好啦，以后有机会都会选择希尔顿品牌

酒店位置还不错，出门餐饮比较方便。过年带孩子来广州玩的。房间内没有茶杯，自带的毛巾没有地方挂晾，这两点不太满意。
房间比较合适商务，带孩子的话配套设施还有点欠缺
