每次来广州都是住这家，也算是老会员了，但这次体验感无比差！让我改变了日后继续入住此酒店！我明明是遗漏了衣物在房间，甚至还记得放在什么位置，虽说不值几个钱，但对我来说也很重要，不可能找不到的！前台服务死口说没看到，也不查看清楚，态度极差的说“就是没有”！呵呵！哪怕我自己出顺丰寄回来也不差这十几块阿！算我倒霉！五星级酒店给这样的体验感给老客户！完全是赶客！真是心寒！

酒店新开业的，我们带三岁小朋友自驾去三亚，途经湛江来回都住的这家酒店，服务非常不错不管是前台工作人员还是客房的服务人员，有小朋友的拖鞋牙刷，还赠送了棒棒糖和曲奇饼干，还提供了乐高玩具给小朋友玩，我们家小朋友独立睡小床，单独提供了儿童空调被和枕头，早餐也还不错，就是餐厅小了点，房间小沙发非常不错，居然是个折叠床，打开后独立睡个大人都没问题
