Lily was exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay. She ensured everything went smoothly and made my experience truly enjoyable. 我最喜欢酒店的防盗设计简单、易用又有效。床褥非常舒服，又细心的准备了两款不同软硬度的枕头。而且早餐食物新鲜选择又多。酒店环境舒适，房间非常干净整洁，服务态度很好，靠近广州新塘站，免费停车场很方便，位置优越好找，办理入住很快，值得推荐下次还会再来。

早餐丰富可口，交通便利，在高速路口旁边离新塘高铁站很近，非常感谢工作人员还为我家小朋友布置惊喜，虽然有一点点小插曲，但是非常的开心，在二楼吃早餐的时候，有一个小姐姐非常的用心，因为要喝药还去给我们拿了杯子，非常细心体贴入微，很用心很有爱的酒店，推荐大家入住！

?前台eva服务非常的周到，酒店的环境也很不错，服务员都非常的热情，早餐的种类也很多，选择性会比较多，中西结合停车场很大也很方便停车，前台也会説英文可以与客户无障碍沟通，
酒店房间有落地窗，风景也比较好，不会很吵，可以接受，外面的话就是高速路口位置很容易找??
