首先该酒店属于挂牌酒店，实际不符！其次位置偏僻，出行不便！酒店洗浴用水超小，洗澡感觉超级不舒服！还有入住时明明答应车站接送，退房时由于下雨，没办法安原计划出行，要求安排车送南站 ，硬是说不到准点不安排车送！提出另加车费，还是不给送！关键是两个值班人员（胸牌都没有）还有打印发票需要10分钟？耽误时间的同时，还说到发票是机器打的！下雨又不归我们管！还说7点30车为什么不坐6点的班车！总结：从头到尾半个抱歉的词都没说过，态度极其恶劣！真是花钱买气受！！！

服务态度非常好，到南站有专车接送，酒店里面设施齐全而且很新，房间宽敞舒适，楼下也有小吃店，非常方便，下次还会再来的。
