酒店近邻珠江边，去沙面、圣心大教堂、西关、陈家祠、大礼堂、越秀公园、两个步行街都很方便，楼下就是地铁站，去机场大约45分钟，作为旅行交通非常方便。酒店房间很宽敞，设施虽然老了一些，但性价比高。楼顶的早茶服务比三楼强。房间的窗子是钉死的，通风效果不佳，房间有点异味。下次来广州还考虑广州宾馆。

交通便利，在广州南站坐地铁2号线到海珠广场，在海珠广场B出口有明确的路标到广州宾馆，广州宾馆三楼银灯食府有早茶午市，银灯食府的味道相当不错，26楼得云宫也有早茶，宾馆离越秀公园，圣心大教堂，北京路步行街都很近，去越秀公园只需要在海珠广场站坐两站就可以到达，圣心大教堂步行或者骑小黄车都可以，宾馆地理位置得天独厚，只是房间内设施比较旧，如果住宿费用再优惠一些就更理想了！
