第二次入住，从前台到餐厅的服务生态度都很好，室外温泉池干净，水温较热，不错的，很少有酒店这样的配套。入住的时候没有说空调坏了，在房间里总觉得热，要把阳台落地窗开了，一直到晚上才修好。可能是这个原因，这次入住酒店主动送了果盘和饮料券。

新年再次选择皇冠假日作为春节家庭聚会的酒店，大堂服务一如既往热情周到，晚上家庭聚餐选择了酒店的大盘菜，餐厅可能由于春节用餐人数较多，服务有点打折扣，盆菜也没有平时量多，本应是用炉火上的盆菜只上了一个炉头。米饭也是催了好几次才端上来。希望能改进。

从广州市内过去，在体育西路的高盛大厦有免费班车，耗时大约四十分钟，酒店有机场快线，需要一个半小时。房间还不错，就是订的时候要求大床房，到了却没有了。
住客可以免费去恒温泳池及人工温泉那边，还有干蒸房。恒温泳池不大，水位只到成人的腰，热石床也只有两处，一处可以躺两个人。
健身房也可以免费使用，桌球就50元一小时。
酒店还可以免费借用变速单车，可以在周边绿道踩踩单车。
