如果不是为了看演唱会距离场馆近不会订这个宾馆，在一个城中村里，附近都是工地的民工，独自出行，安全还是很重要的。条件一般，私密性很差，这个价位也正常。

看演唱会订的，离演艺中心近，枕头有点发霉所以立马换了一个，隔音效果不太好，热水是有热水器24小时烧水，其余还好，一分钱一分货

一般选择这类民宿都是方便在附近看完演唱会或其他演出的人，地址不难找，离场馆也比较近，店前有超市。房间有空调，毛巾等洗漱用品，出差暂住很合适。出外走200米有公交车站，也方便回广州。

可以吧 自家建的 干净 但是比较旧，服务态度不错，但是设备比较落后。看演唱会比较方便，性价比还可以，走路去大概五分钟左右吧。

离演艺中心很近，步行10分钟就能到，楼下也有餐馆、便利店，总体而言挺方便的，看演唱会住一晚还是不错的，不过要早点去才能拿到近演艺中心的房。
