酒店公寓，位置很好，洗衣机，微波炉，冰箱都很实用。同一栋大厦的另外一家酒店价格实在很多，复式结构，房间很大，老板也很好，有房间可以提前入住的。已经重复预定好几次。

位置很好，在江边，但是家庭房的落地窗是对着长堤大马路的，离一德路地铁站8分钟左右路程。房间很大，楼顶很高，孩子和爸爸妈妈都喜欢。值得住！！

我定的是大床房，房内没电话，网络连不上，室内也不是很干净。交通倒是方便，离地铁6号线一德路5-10分钟，总体评价一般般。

特殊需求的高楼层和无烟房都安排了，这点特别感谢。但是睡眠体验十分不好，安排在19楼的房间，房间是复式楼，二层的房间伸手就可以触碰到天花板。大半夜的20楼在施工，加上房间没有隔音效果，那楼上的机钻声大到闭上眼睛就是在耳朵旁边施工一样，根本无法入睡。跟前台工作人员反映也帮忙积极处理问题，但是噪音从晚上11点多一直持续到凌晨一点多才算静下来。所以严重影响睡眠，体验十分不好。房间本身的设施设备十分齐全，服务也非常有礼貌。卫生有待提高。前台设置在10楼，比较隐蔽和难找，提前打电话咨询就好了。

酒店的位置非常好，出行十分方便，酒店还可以代叫出租车，周围有公交车站。酒店附近的餐厅菜品很不错，早餐也很丰富，品种较多，味道也挺不错的。

酒店的工作人员服务专业服务意识很强，热情有礼貌非常有耐心，很满意。酒店的房间一进房门眼目一新，用品齐全整洁干净，无异味，感觉很舒适。
