房间很大，床也舒服。上下两层，孩子很喜欢。有些细节待提高，整体感觉还是不错的。楼下吃饭选择很多，值得称赞。表叔家，还有赵记糖水都不错

前台接待佳，卫生感觉没以前好但整体还是过得去的。家庭房的两个房间空调装在枕头上方，晚上睡觉滴水，建议店方改装其他位置，以免影响客人入住体验。

第二次来订公寓了，哎，还是给我安排在大马路边，吵死了，厕所的换气扇很小，公寓的窗户依旧破破烂烂，床底下好脏，还有像蟑螂的小虫子，打扫卫生的人从来没打扫床底下吧，床下面有轮子，轻易移开就很快发现垃圾了。

今次体验了舒适双床房，房内设施极为简陋，洗手间很小，可能是潮湿原因，所以床上用品感觉不是很舒服。前台接待服务不错。

酒店离长隆地铁站比较近，去长隆游玩比较方便。房间挺大的。loft房是双层，卧室在楼上。感觉普通的双床房就足以，房间也挺大的。洗澡是用电热水器，洗的时间长点水就冷了。周围吃的地方还是蛮多的，想点外卖也可以。
