位置很好，江景房风景不错，带露台的还可以看到小蛮腰。设施都比较新，除了一楼的电梯还没弄好之外，其他都很不错。没有早餐，不过周边有很多餐饮店，值得推荐。

原来的江湾大酒店改建而成的公寓，离地铁口200米，位置非常优越，江景房的江景是广州最漂亮的江景之一，不到400的价格非常超值，闹中带静，房间很新很干净，床很大很舒服，缺点有两个，热水是电热水器AO史密斯，只能洗5-10分钟很紧张，还就是由于是公寓，有电磁炉有橱柜但是没有餐具，实用性大打折扣，其他都很完美。
