地铁聚龙E口出来很近，交通超级便利，周边小吃商超很多，找什么都方便，前台小姐姐服务超棒，提前帮我们办理入住去休息，而且帮升级了有窗户的房间。酒店隔音有待改进，但是各种设施齐全，热水出水快，客房服务周到，洗衣烘乾都可以，这次入住还是很满意的

房间隔音差走廊的声音听的一清二楚，枕头套下面是黄色的，衞生间巨小一块，一次性拖鞋鞋底是脏的回收在利用的，水放很久才有热水。电视是无信号的，WiFi是不好使的，衞生是糟糕的，甚至是有小强出没，唯一好的点就是第二天前台小哥服务态度好可是前一天的前台明明有好的空房但是先给的版型设计有问题的边角房重新交流才换的。不推荐十分不推荐

该酒店位置非常好，楼下步行2分钟就到地铁9号和12号线的聚龙站，坐1站就到白云站。酒店下面就有早茶和餐饮等，房间装修不错，非常满意。

设备先进，智能马桶和机器人，衞生一般有点水渍。 我凌晨到酒店 安排我的房间对着电梯口，隔音很差，隔壁马桶下水的声音都一清二楚，2点半 睡觉 8点就被吵醒了..

设施：很好，我订的家庭套房，两个大镜子！
窗帘是会自动拉上的，然后轻轻扯它它就会自动拉开或者关上，
马桶会自动打开，外卖会让机器人送上门来
淋浴头水温不是很好调，要慢慢扭
洗衣服务不太方便
衞生：镜子很乾净，地板没看到灰尘，没有异味，床垫超级软好好睡，这个好像也不算衞生
服务：免费的用品挺多的，水不收费，有什么疑问问前台都可以，就是有个问题客房服务把不需要丢的东西收走了没找到
总体：无伤大雅，因为三个人住这个家庭套房真的很爽，瑕疵无伤大雅，我下次可能还会订吧，交通很方便啊真的

Stay away from this hotel completely.
We booked this hotel through Trip.com based on previous guest reviews, but the reality was extremely disappointing.
The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to mold and wall rot caused by humidity, which was clearly visible from the stains on the walls.
When we asked the receptionist to change the room, he requested an additional payment for the upgrade.
The second room had the same smell, although slightly less intense.
We even had to purchase single-use bed covers, because the bed was not clean enough to sleep on.
There was also a spider’s nest in the room!
And to make things even worse, the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
Choosing a budget-friendly hotel should never mean compromising the health and well-being of guests.
The only positive thing about this place is its location—less than a one-minute walk from Julong Station.

不错的酒店，距离白云站，白云山体育公园，广州老城区坐地铁都非常方便，酒宽敞明亮店乾净时尚，物有所值。特别表扬前台，帮我把遗失的电动牙刷邮寄到下一个酒店

看图，床 …… 而且清洁阿姨竟然用醋来“杀毒”！进去一大股味道！唯一优点，空调不错！这个格局説它是“四星”？自封的？！对了，不是唯一优点，还有一个，就是比较近地铁和地铁上盖的那个商场。
