This hotel is 10/10!! Location near mrt, the room is SO nice big and clean, super chic and modern. it belongs to upscale boutique hotel and the staff is so helpful! Definitely stay here!

The ladies at front desk are warm, welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, the Trip advertised butler services and executive lounge benefits are non existent. The welcome gift advertised was just 2 slices of cake, which seems to be the “free” afternoon tea included in the rate.
Location wise, it’s a nice quiet area, but because of small streets leading to hotel, it is a long wait for didi.
Lemon tree on balcony is a nice touch.

酒店大隐于居民街巷，各处大小设计都很让旅人感到舒服和柔和，自带格调，酒店早餐很加分，环境特乾净每个菜都很好吃。馄饨麪必吃，小蛋挞必吃。服务要提一嘴，好，一直有麻烦酒店帮忙提供各种帮助，酒店从始至终都完成的非常完美！早餐部的廖小姐也服务周到。酒店是此次旅行的宝藏亮点

设施：房间布局合理，采光超棒，配备的迷你吧饮品跟各种小零食齐全，我们备注了对气味十分敏感，酒店还贴心准备了加湿器和香薰机，非常细心。酒店的公共区域设计雅致，大堂的休息区安静又舒适，很适合办公或放空。服务：办理入住时效率超高，前台还主动升级了房型；晚上想借个充电器，两分钟就用机器人送到门口，态度亲切又专业。

来广州旅游，选了好久好久的酒店，最后意外看到这家^_^ 虽然不在最繁华的区域，当时还担心会不会很不方便，结果完全不用担心，广州地铁超方便，酒店离地铁站也近～旁边还有一个商场，很多好吃的在周边都有！ 非常乾净整洁，店里的靓女前台和楼层管理的阿姨都超友好。超有礼貌～ 酒店还提供刘海贴，蒸汽眼罩，漱口水超多东西，太贴心啦，也很安静，衞浴都很新，水龙头一开即热！ 满分推荐！

酒店位置方便，近地铁站，商场及食肆。房间清洁，厕间卫生。有洗衣房，方便住多日的客人。无论前台或清洁服务员服务员态度良好，很helpful!尤其是负责打扫及洁6楼的群姐，工作态度非常好，尽力帮助及满足客人需要！
