智能马桶不智能，不工作也算了，还特别脏，特恶心，问他们要马桶垫没有，给2个毛巾，説上厕所垫下，心里10万个***，这麽不规范，酒店的毛巾浴巾，你还敢用吗，床单破洞，床上头发毛毛都有，想想都恶心，一般我不点评，但是为了更多人避坑，还是实话实説

Great for business traveling right in the heart of the city. Great items on hand and the staff lady Xiaoli was lovely checking in and was very helpful with local knowledge. Would stay again and recommend ??

Strongly recommend this hotel. The location is the center of city just beside the mall 太古汇. MRT 石牌桥station just downstairs you can easily to go everywhere . I am stayed over this hotel over 20 times more already. All the staff very friendly n they have provided breakfast n supper also.????????

第一次选择就没错，位置非常好，交通方便且周围逛吃都超级棒。酒店门口就可以吃到心心念念的大排档，个人觉得是家庭出游的优佳选择，房间乾净，还有洗衣服务，点都不用担心衣物收纳问题。以後到广州游玩会常住。

In term of the location, it is conveniently near to a station and nearby has malls and eateries. Hotel was a bit old with limited facilities. It is a place for express accommodation. The biggest surprise to me was hotel providing pretty good breakfast and supper. Although we didn't eat the supper but the additional offering leave a good impression when comparing with others. Based on the hotel cost, I expect something a bit more especially the room condition.

The lpcation of this hotel is superb. Next to Taikoohui and just a very short walk to subway entrance. However, the water closet with no door are the most upset issue whoch the hotel staff said all rooms actually the same, the water closet is woth no door. I mean if u or your partner do really need to let go after whole days of eating good food in Guangzhou, 1 would be let go in normal way while the other may let go via mouth (vomiting)...

房间偏小，説是豪华大床房，其实房内面积比普通的三星或者经济型酒店还要小，与价格不匹配。
衞生倒是不错的，看得出来有清洁。
酒店的服务可以説基本是没有，因为从我入住到离店，所有酒店提供的服务都是我自己发现的，工作人员并没有主动告知。
酒店的位置虽然在市中心，但是门口是一个大的垃圾桶，经过有臭味。
没有在房间内找到吹风机。。。。还好我头发短。
提供的自助早餐中，煎饺和包子是预制菜，豆浆是粉冲泡的，网友们可参考一下。能吃得下的只有炒河粉和煎鸡蛋，橙汁和牛奶倒是还可以。
另外，吧枱附近的饮料居然是要另外收费的，挺不可思议的，房间已经这麽贵了，不应该再收的，一个人也喝不了多少瓶。
最後总结一下，按这样的服务这样的房间，我觉得只能是一个三星酒店的水平，远远达不到系统标记的四星级酒店水准。
