酒店环境很好，挺有格调的，适合约会，房间里还有戴森吹风机。位置离南站7分钟走路，很方便。前台lindy、janie服务态度都很好，还帮忙邮寄遗留的东西，是一次非常愉快的住宿经历。

因为要去南站搭乘高铁选择这个酒店，酒店离车站很近，装修也很fancy，前台+餐厅服务特别好，前台Ruby帮我升级了房间，主动提供一些去车站的提醒，餐厅Lili耐心回答我关于菜品的问题协助我开发票，整个入住过程很舒适，我十分推荐.

酒店就在南站附近，从东门出去右拐到马路边就能望见酒店招牌，步行10-15分钟可到达，非常适合赶早班晚班车的人；酒店开在车站附近，但装修定位不像商务酒店，一个人去住有点怪怪的；房间不大，但住起来还是舒服的。

出差第一次入住，凌晨两点多到酒店，前台的小哥King非常热情耐心，给予各种帮助，房间乾净整洁，洗漱用品非常赞??，早餐因为赶高铁来不及吃了，餐厅服务员还帮我打包了吐司和咖啡，太暖心了。非常好的一次入住体验，下次出差会继续选择住这里。

酒店不是第一次入住了，先説説位置距离长隆动物园很近，紧挨着广州南站，下了楼步行5分钟就到进站口了，房间层高很高，住起来非常舒服，床品也很不错，还准备了饮料和零食，服务也很及时到位，很满意??，还有前台的Yuna服务及时专业。

Hotel overall is good specially the restaurant. The drinks counter is also nice. But the staffs are not very friendly and none knows English. Also a simple room service where we asked for a Fork cannot be provided. Location is near to south station but if you have luggage’s better to get a taxi with ride time of 5min.

整体很不错，视野广阔。房间感觉高级、整洁。第一次入住算相当满意，唯一惋惜是想去27楼餐厅用餐时被告知只能点饮品，饭菜只能下单送房间。可惜了餐厅优美环境。
