非常好，环境很漂亮，房间里面非常乾净，衞生间乾湿分离，酒店前台小吴很热情，服务周到。房间有张很舒适的长沙发，小孩可以在长沙发上睡????

这家酒店的设施非常棒，房间比较大，有沙发，窗外风景可看到小蛮腰，很安静，床铺很舒适，服务人员小辉热情周到。酒店傍边就有好吃的海鲜酒家和东南亚菜馆，便利店，停车很方便。

酒店很大，到达时前台给升级为套房了，很赞哦！因为没有吃晚饭，外卖点了酒店旁边的黛丽餐厅送过来吃，也很方便。早上退房後又跑到黛丽餐厅去吃的早饭，少了很多找早餐的麻烦（因为没有提前订含早的房间）

我定的设施没有很多説也没换房间还有霉菌气味厉害，订单时有衣柜有冰箱等可是什麽都没有，携程为什麽安排这种酒店不太明白，茶杯看一下这种杯谁用的，我广交会期间再考虑用携程订酒店，这样很差的酒店已经2次以上推荐的很遗憾

难以相信这家酒店在携程标4钻，其软硬件连2钻都不如。
难以相信这家酒店是2021年开业的，其设施非常老化，看上去有十多年近二十年的历史的厚重感。
拍了几张真实的照片，供大家参考。
- 房间里随便放了几个破旧的家俱，没有设计，不像酒店，像廉价出租房。
- 从空调面板可以看出空调很旧很旧，运转的声音像拖拉机，很吵，难以入睡。
- 墙纸上有很明显的污渍，不知道怎麽打扫的。
- 衞生间的洗脸盘很脏，镜框生锈，还有壁虎在地上墙上爬。家人嫌脏，不敢洗澡。
- 电视机很小，关键是看一些运动画面就满屏雪花点，找了服务员过来看，她説是正常的。

Great hotel, great staff and overall a good experience. The breakfast has many options and rooms are big and spacious. Location is quiet and close to chimelong safari park.
