酒店离地铁站有个8 900米吧，离长隆不远，整体环境还可以，大堂敞亮乾净，给我们安排的靠马路边的房间，封闭窗静谧性很好，晚上睡觉一点都不吵。二楼有洗衣房，但是洗衣机只有两台，晚上要排队。总体来説还算满意。

衞生极差，大晚上进了一只大蟑螂，非常大。看到后立马打电话叫工作人员上来，来了个女生，进来后她自己也吓一跳，也是站在那里啥也没做，最后我们自己打死了。想换房结果满房，凌晨12点也不方便换酒店，最后我们自己塞了些纸巾在门缝。酒店方当晚没有做任何措施。我当晚投诉到携程，要求免房费和可以在页面点评，第一次协商酒店説可以退掉订单，但退掉后无法点评，我肯定不接受，本来就是酒店的原因，退房费只是基本的，而且我并没有要求酒店任何补偿。最后是携程方承担了房费成本，关于酒店方，我没有收到任何的主动道歉和补偿，只在退房时説了句不好意思，根本不想多待一秒。
酒店离地铁站很远，靠马路边，附近没有什么吃的，感觉很偏僻，就这个蟑螂房，説是给我们升级了，酒店与另外的电竞酒店和沐足同一栋，电梯比较脏，楼层地毯不乾净，我们大概1点多到，结果给我们安排了一出门就是电梯的房间，本来就不是很喜欢，后面也懒得沟通了。进房门，必须要反锁门才能通电，第一次遇到这么狗shi设计，有时候取个外卖一关门就忘记了，直接断电。
全方位的差，不会再来，这个品牌的酒店也不会考虑

Недавний ремонт, фото соответствуют действительности, в целом позитивный опыт но в 8 утра воскресенья, начинаются стуки рабочих, пришлось отменить оставшиеся дни и переехать в другой отель
