衞生：感觉略微欠妥，衞生间有上一个房客的假睫毛贴在墙上没处理??但整体不错的
设施：住的影音房，但电视没有智能电视也不能投屏，比较受限
环境：最满意是这个了，非常安静，而且房间很舒适，周边环境也很好，景观非常不错（住的43楼）
服务：
整体服务挺好的，就是入住登记比较特殊，停车场不能直接上去，要先到1楼再去47楼（这个停车场都有很清晰的指引），如果写明前台在47楼会更好，因为去到1楼没看到提示前台的讯息有点茫然??下来是可以直接去-2的停车场（离店务必前台登记沟通）??外卖也可以直接机器人送到门口很方便！其他服务项特色譬如桑拿球室瑜伽都没去，下次有机会再试试：）

五月份在华南师大学习，就住在这家酒店，当时住的房型是豪华一房一厅，生物岛环境非常好，加上酒店硬件和服务都很完善，住了一周都舍不得离开了。这次入住房型是双人间，设施完善，但衞生程度相比之前有所下降，被子和枕头有股霉味，希望酒店能够改善一下。前两张照片是酒店外景，房间照片是五月份入住时拍的。

Very good and beautiful surrounding. Hotel is located in very peaceful area.
From room you can see the river with good view of guangzhou.
Rooms are on 40 - 48 floor .
Rooms are decent in size with kitchen facilities.
Metro station Guanzhou line 4 exit A is steps away.
Good mall at Wenshengwei metro station one station before .

硬件设施还不错，不过服务还需要提升下,响应很慢，怀疑式的沟通方式让人很不愉快。
昨天跟前台要瓶水，忘记了房号。跟前台沟通的过程中，被人盘问的感觉非常的不愉快。在明知不对的讯息前提下 故意刁难，而不是站在客户立场解决问题。
去年8月份来过一次，想不到一年後再来，感觉如此差劲。以後再也不会住这了。

Emmm怎麽説呢，这个价格订到的这种房间实属有点失望
设施：比较旧，住进房间之後一直打喷嚏，空调估计很脏
衞生：一般，很多灰尘，酒店没有一次性小瓶装的沐浴露那种，一大瓶循环利用的，作为有洁癖的一定要自己带比较安心
环境：还行吧，但是隔音不太好
服务：我们4点去办理入住都还没有收拾出房间，且要交较多的按金

衞生：很差劲，可能是因为不是酒店只是公寓？不理解。到处都不乾净，被罩床单也不乾净，好像没有换洗，因为被罩上有明显污渍，床单上还出现了不明毛发。衞生间的地面很脏，感觉没怎麽拖乾净。整体衞生一般，天花板都发霉了。衞生间的夹缝处都是污渍。
环境：一进房间，甚至在楼道就闻到很霉的味道。被子也潮，床垫也硬。淋浴间的花洒水量非常小，花洒头的外面一大圈都不喷水。
服务：谈不上有什麽服务。
设施：有洗衣机和微波炉，冰箱也挺大。楼下有地铁口，但是我们不坐地铁也就无所谓了。

Clean hotel. Reception service is ok, very kind and able to understand English. Location is not in the downtown. Hard to find food around except for 7-11 on the ground floor. If you plan to stay here, please don't include breakfast. There aren't a lot of food to choose from and the service in the restaurant is not very good. We really have a hard time with the breakfast. But like this place because of the room: new, clean, spacious!
