这个房子的衞生真的特别不好，我感觉没人管。房子的枕头上面还有一块黄黄的。衞生间还有头发等碎的脏污。房子的灯光特别昏暗。我真不明白，为什麽很多人都説适合带孩子长者居住。我完全是被广告忽悠过去的。太不好了，我要不是退不了，我真的连夜换了。

环境可能比较偏僻，出门买东西被电动自行车塞车，连走路都动弹不得，一开始打电话去询问是否有浴缸，前台口气有点不耐烦，电话接起来只说声 喂？ 我还以为我打错电话了！ 房间算大一晚台币两千有找，算很便宜，但可惜外面真的太吵太杂太混乱了！

设施：很好。
衞生：很好。
环境：不错。
服务：酒店送了一份洗漱用品，给小孩子用，前台美女还加送了一份早餐，因为航班延误，前台帅哥给申请了延迟退房三小时。总之，所有的都很好，很享受。再来广州还住这里。

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak any Chinese but we had no trouble communicating using apps. They are very eager to help and give recommendations. The front desk guy is very sweet and helped me with so many things. Also the cleaning ladies are very friendly and wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect for me since I was in Guangzhou for textile sourcing. I will stay there again next time I come to Guangzhou. Thank you everyone at the Hongzhou hotel.

环境：环境衞生比较乾净
服务：工作人员的态度很好，很热情 有不懂的，前台的小姚女士有不懂的问的，解答的也很详细。 就是周围每到下班高峯期那段路就很堵。

携程：不错的入住体验，房间大住起来就是得劲 楼层高住的舒服不吵 设施设备都还是不错的 离景点呢，打车也方便半小时左右 出完差顺便可以逛一下 前台的服务很热情，小姚女士态度也很好 很周到哦，超棒～
