前台服务一般般，登记入住时间需要等待，两点登记结果説还没有双人房，两点半才有。
态度也没有感到特别有礼貌。
其他都正正常常不过不失。
只是去看演唱会才会预订而已，没有感受什么太多服务，没有像其他城市的酒店那样有赠品啥的

房间的大小、卫生方面很满意。酒店对面就是万达广场、云集吃喝玩乐什么都有，只需步行3分钟。
唯独酒店的早餐位置太小、早餐种类亦太少。

今次选择此酒店因隔近亲戚屋企方便大家联系。
酒店位置近郊外，环境非常清幽宁静，入住的房间基本设施齐备；洗手间和沐浴间采用开放式设计，另外房间是有露台，除空间感充足，亦方便一些吸烟者??。整体评价不错，值得推介！????

客户每次过来都是住这家，对面万达广场，地铁口旁，交通方便，吃饭也方便，服务态度很好，，酒店乾净衞生。

房间一股怪味，衞生差，保洁阿姨服务态度差，有个这么枕头掉在地上的，这位个子不高的保洁阿姨打扫的时候，没有换枕套，又把脏枕头放回床上

房间都还挺不错的，早餐也很丰盛，酒店位置就在万达广场的对面，唯一不足的是酒店的枕头太高了，换了荞麦枕还是很高，导致休息不好，其他的都挺好的，前台工作人员服务也很周到。

酒店的位置很好找，周边交通便利，离地铁站和公交站都不远，出行方便。不过，酒店的电梯只有一部，早晚高峯等电梯要花些时间，希望能优化一下。
