There are no complaints about the room itself.
However, the hotel is located within an emerging business park and is surrounded by construction. At times, the construction noise can be quite loud and may disturb guests who wish to sleep in.
The breakfast buffet offers a good variety.
The twin room also includes complimentary tea bags and an additional table, which is convenient for having meals in the room.
Areas for improvement:
Enhance front desk training to ensure more consistent service.
Improve soundproofing within the rooms.
Enforce a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel, especially in the morning buffet restaurant.
For foreign guests, it is advisable to approach the Guest Service Manager directly for clarification or assistance.

这次入住是一次非常愉快的经历[烟花]酒店的位置十分便利，停车非常方便[太阳]房间舒适温馨[玫瑰]前台小甘都很热情周到，服务态度非常好！！真心觉得这是一家值得信赖的好酒店。

房间挺不错的。乾净整洁，滑梯上下铺孩子老爱玩了，我们那个房间的马桶niao 味有点大，除此之外其他都很好，也很乾净。服务总体也都OK，酒店里麪玩的也不少，有一个小游乐园，下午有飞机参观，航天馆讲解，拍照服务等。但好像只有周五六日才有？建议定之前先确认一下 。
晚餐我们直接在四楼中餐吃的。等了半个小时才上菜，本来心情不太好了，但一尝挺好吃的哦，确实现炒现做，就原谅了????
娃玩的挺开心哒。

设施：房间没有桌子椅子实在太不人性化，点个外卖也没地方放，只能坐在地上吃。隔音较差，凌晨1点多隔壁房间的熊孩子还在吵闹。中餐厅上菜太慢了，内部问题没有下单成功，也没有任何表示，孩子饿着肚子等了快1小时，问服务员才先上两碗白米饭！

房间乾净整洁光线好，就是洗澡水温不大稳定，自动窗帘，自助洗衣房，小童乐园都很不错，可能房间太智能了，脚伸出床边照地灯就亮了，服务很好，大厅吧枱价格亲民，推荐。

房间很新很宽敞，有点味道，要了空气净化器就好了。听説亲子房滑梯很好玩，但是没订上，小童乐园虽然不大但也玩得很开心。参观科普馆的小哥哥很有耐心。唯一受不了的是晚上睡觉能听到工地声音，其实听上去声音很小的，爸爸和宝宝完全不受影响，但是我睡觉完全不能有光有声音。
