l love love always staying at this hotel
its my second time in a year spending a month in the hotel and l love it.the front desk is super friendly and have quite good English most of them.very helpful staff if you need help with anything.l would reccomend anyone especially of any race,they are super friendly,breakfast is lovely too.l would just opt that the rooms be cleaned a bit earlier than late in the evening and the bathrooms be scrubbed even after two days at most but its nothing to worry about the bathrooms they always tidy ,lm just a fuss when it comes ro where l take a bath hahaha.they habe a washroom aswell

hotel is very clean and nice environment very comfortable of my stay of 3 night at this hotel . All hotel stay are very friendly and helpful. Front desk manager upgrade my room for free , and they are verykindly will help me when saw me carrying many things and give me a free eco bag to put my stuff .
酒店非常干净，环境很好，我在这家酒店住了3晚，都感觉非常舒适。酒店员工们都非常友好和乐于助人。前台经理免费升级了我的房间，服务非常非常好. 当看到我搬运很多东西时，他们会非常友好地帮助我，并给我一个免费的环保袋来放我的东西。
打扫阿姨也非常友好，把衣服放到篮子想说晚上回酒店了拿去洗，没想到阿姨主动就把我放在洗衣篮的衣服交去洗好了晾干，我晚上回到酒店就能去取我的衣服.这点确实惊喜到我了，非常谢谢这些举动可以让我们在疲累的旅程中的一些感动

酒店设施很齐全，有洗衣房，适合长住，性价比很高，早餐也不错，还有人专门煮粉面，很方便，唯一不足的是没有接送机。

这家酒店挺好的，一进大堂就显得很高级，前台接待很有礼貌，办理完入住，LP还提醒了我酒店7楼有洗衣房，真的很贴心。

酒店很高档，住着很安静，大的落地窗，早餐很丰富，食材很新鲜，还有现包的馄饨，很好吃，附近吃的很方便，很多选择，附近还有几个大商场，购物很方便

这家酒店真是很有性价比的！房间乾净整洁，装修现代，设施完善。地理位置也很不错，交通便利，出行方便。前台LP还帮我升级了房间而且价格也很实惠，真是物超所值。

酒店近北站，乘坐地铁往高铁或机场都方便；酒店大堂有咖啡和茶水提供，进门办理入住时大堂经理李沛主动倒了一杯茶给我，不错；办理入住很快，帮我升级了视野好的房间，服务不错。

您好！我提前几天预订了酒店，计划凌晨一点到达，因为我的航班较晚。我在入住前联系了酒店，确认了我会按时到达，并告知你们要等我。你们回覆説一切都没问题。我到达後，你们告诉我房间已经被别人入住了，如果我愿意的话，可以马上给我清理另一间房。我已经等了两个小时，等你们匆忙打扫好另一间房。可是我已经提前预订了房间，而且还联系了你们，确认我会到达！你们为什麽不能提前把房间打扫好？

酒店的交通也非常便利，无论是地铁还是公交都非常方便。房间乾净整洁，设施实用且舒适。办理入住时看到酒店有抓娃娃机，LP送了我几个币，还夹中一个娃娃，问了前台叫马小贝，是这个酒店品牌的IP，真的很可爱。
