不要住，体验极差，第一，服务人员是个年轻男的，态度很不好，问事情很不耐烦，要一双拖鞋，让我自己去找保洁要，我上哪里去找保洁去？其次房间温度很高，想更换个房间，很生硬的拒绝。第二，设施管理很差，洗手池的堵漏都是坏的，电视遥控器没法使用，水池子上也看着很脏。第三酒店很不好找，停车位也很少很难找。第四吃个早餐里面竟然还有不知道是头发还是睫毛。

深夜一碗麪:我是因为这碗麪??在这里住的，连住4天，下次还来这里，去太古里方便
楼顶餐厅-下午茶:真不错，人少，安静，服务好
设施：齐全，洗衣服和吃饭方便

刚刚离店，必须来夸一夸！这次入住的体验远超预期。酒店整体非常新，设施维护得特别好，看得出管理很用心。前台的工作人员效率高服务好且笑容亲切，让人一到就有宾至如归的感觉。房间打扫得一尘不染，床垫和枕头软硬适中，一夜安眠到天亮。

衞生：睡到一张有血的床单。这很难评
服务：并不是很积极的对待，一直在推诿。勉勉强强打了9折的房费象徵性的赔付了50元。真的呵呵了，大家自行斟酌吧。

衞生挺好的 就是服务不太行 我説屋里有味 阿姨就开始挺凶的 晚上不能看电视 要不然打电话告诉你他们酒店设计有问题 一点声音旁边会投诉 最後一晚受不了 直接钱我都不要了 住的康莱德

就酒店的房间来很好 全智能化的 房间稍微小了一点 酒店的外环境不怎麽样 我们自驾车过去 进了一个老旧破的小区 勉强可以停车在楼房边 东北门出去 周边打围，到是离广东艺术馆很近 此酒店适合背包客入住 房间除了靠枕（有臭味 该换了）其他用品都很好

能够快速入住，前台很有效率，大厅还是房间都很有设计感，乾净整洁，布局合理，床也很舒服，牙刷竹子做的，很有特色！迷你吧也不错，茶水饮料糖果都有，棒棒哒！退房落下衣服，客房服务马上通知前台追出来让我们去取，到位！
提神手冲咖啡:冰镇手冲美式也很nice！
