前台服务态度很好，房间也很整洁，早上吃早餐前把衣服拿去洗阿姨会帮忙烘乾，叠好送回房间，性价比很高

酒店的地点不错，附近很多吃的，方便搭滴滴上下车，服务很友善，价格合理，早餐食物还可以，可以再进步。遗漏耳机在酒店，酒店前台也给我联系取回。

酒店服务是我有史以来入住最差的酒店,房间竟然没有挂衫的衣柜,只可以挂在马桶上的架,到前台争取,服务员竟然话没有办法,争取到经理到房间视察,最后提供一个活动的晾衫架,
早餐又系差,食物小又不清洁,人手又不足,我是住两晚第一日早餐咖啡机坏了,第二日都仍然是坏的,这样的酒店我永不会再入住亦都不建议身边的朋友入住这间集团的酒店.

乾净没噪音，员工服务很友善。靠近长寿路地铁站，B出口转右直走大概4分钟就到，周围很多吃的店铺，也很热闹，很靠近永庆坊和上下九街，下次还会再入住??

酒店位置不错距离地铁站四五分钟步行路程。
酒店房间上算新颖， 只可惜为于旧大厦中。
有洗衣机方便使用。
包每日早餐， 尚算丰富有我喜欢的 糯米鸡。
酒店环境一般， 附近出入太多电瓶车了。

前台小姐姐服务态度真的很好，微笑式服务拉满，很容易让人在外地游玩的时候感觉到家里的感觉，还帮忙升级了房型，酒店不难找，而且房间乾净整洁，全屋智能，枕头对于一个经常睡不好的人非常友好，而且地理位置非常优越，走路就可以吃到非常好吃的老字号，而且景区也在这附近，吃完饭溜达一圈还能消消食，去很多地方也不用打车，地铁就在附近非常方便。

前台真的很棒很友善。
在这里总共住了三晚，第一晚东西忘了带走他们会帮忙收着等我们回来交回。
我们人在外面也可以帮忙叫滴滴。
离地铁站也很靠近，只是门口不太方便停车，上下行李需要快一点。附近也蛮多老字号美食很方便。下次来也会再考虑这里。

Have a short trip in Guangzhou and echarm hotel is really a convenient place to stay, there are eateries nearby. Its also close to the tourist attraction.

Comfortable room to stay in, staffs are friendly and welcoming, the only thing that not satisfied is they don’t provide mini fridge in room, but other than that the hotel is perfect, would come back again next time
