我出门基本都住全季酒店，大部分全季酒店我印象很好，都会给打5分的，可是这家全季酒店，我只能打差评了，这家全季酒店在一个小巷子里，环境脏乱差，酒店入口标志有误，开车来的旅客估计没有不开错的，车库入口也一样标志不明显，酒店前台工作人员态度不好，説话生硬，服务意识很差。这家全季酒店也没有全季特有的香味，房间也很小，行李物品只能放地下，虽然开业一年了，但是装修气味还在，房间窗外就是铁皮棚，晴天太阳反光，热，雨天雨滴打到雨棚上，嘣嘣的声音吵的人无法入睡，另外，服务员服务不到位，房间都没有放糖果，茶包。希望酒店以后能改进这些不好的方面，不要辜负我们对华住集团的信任。

I came for Canton fair that chose this hotel, totally exceeded my expectations, room is really nice. Regards to breakfast, if there are continental breakfast for foreigner would be perfect!

Clean place. Amenities were good.
The room door lock was a bit dodgy, I would check it straight after you check in and request for a new room if it doesn’t work well.
I turned the tv off before I slept but it came back on half way during the night, which woke me up??
I’m not fussy but that wasn’t ideal.

The hotel is clean and smell good. Just that the location is a bit further from the city centre. It is suitable for people who like to explore neighborhood. There are wonderful neighborhood breakfasts around the hotel. It is very near to neighborhood.

房间格局很不错，简洁的设计，乾净衞生，服务员办理入住的时候有主动询问是否要靠近小区安静的房间，周边交通便捷，楼下就有可以吃饭的地方。

体验感真的非常差，水压非常的不稳定，一开水超大噪音，好像是在加压的声音，洗个澡水温根本没办法调节，要不就太冷，要不就烫死，本来以为是这一间房的问题，没想到是整个酒店都是存在这个问题还没办法解决。。本来以为是闹中取静的地方，没想到整晚睡觉听到楼下便利店的收款到账声音，那收款声音大的有点太离谱了吧。。。住的真心崩溃，唯一好的就是，停车还是比较方便
