太差了。不确定Trip 给的四钻／星是以怎样的标准。走廊到了晚上充满烟味，导致烟味飘入房间，整晚嗅着烟味胸口疼得睡不着。设施很烂。厕所的架子几乎要掉落了。酒店前台虽然有给我们多的早餐卷和我们退房时帮忙定位滴滴车，但是整体的服务给我们的感觉就是高高在上的，一点都不亲切。

有提供免费2架洗衣机和2架烘乾机使用，可是没机会用上，因为一直都有用户在用着。酒店有投影电视，然而因为酒店wifi信号不稳定，电视网络线一下有一下没的！酒店有提供免费机场接送，订了早上6点去机场的车司机大哥到了机场问乘客第一客运大楼的下车。可能我们口音不同我听不清楚司机説的是第一还是第二？我再跟司机确认，然而司机就用很不耐烦的语气説“人家都説了第一客运大楼！”一天美好的心情就这样被破坏了，态度不能好些吗？那么不情愿就别提供免费送机服务吧！！！

机场到饭店二站地铁，托行李需要走C出口才有手扶梯，大概400米，不太好走，地铁站附近有商场很方便，入住二晚第一晚有唱KTV声音到凌晨一点，第二晚通宵都是唱歌的声音，实在难 入睡，早班机整点有送机，开车距离机场15-20分钟左右，早餐七点供餐。

很不错的酒店，入住迅速，走廊安静，楼顶健身房很齐全，大堂明亮，周围有很多吃的，还靠近人和地铁站，很不错。

这次入住的体验远超预期，位置绝佳，紧邻出行购物都很方便。小童服务好，服务热情周到，从办理入住时的贴心指引到离店时的细致叮嘱，让人倍感温暖。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果好，一夜安睡；早餐种类丰富，味道可口。全程无槽点，性价比超高，下次来一定还选这里，强烈推荐！

环境：一般般，感觉有点老旧
服务：还是很不错的，毕竟也是大酒店
早餐：可能我是本地人吧，我感觉不是很好吃，谁家大好人早餐吃鸭腿？？？
房间还是不错的，有看备注，就是晚上不知道为什么老是??声音，不是厕所排风扇的声音，不知道哪里传来的，我是那种睡眠很快入睡的人，但是昨晚很久才入睡

Location and facilities of hostel were great, and staff were super friendly and helpful, but what they don't tell you is it's connected to a KTV building so you will hear people singing their lungs out all night.

It's a little dated compared to what is seen in photo but comfortable enough for a short transit stay. About a 10-minute car ride to Baiyun Airport. Hotel offers free shuttle. Breakfast was nice. Good to have washers and dryers free for use, but they need replacement honestly. A short walk away are all the malls and street food scene.
