The location is very strategic where it is situated near Guangzhou East Railway Station, just across Jinan Laso it offers easy access to anywhere. The service was great, with staffs being able to speak in English and friendly, probably because it was the Canton Fair Week so they put the English-speaking staffs in the counter. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary coffee available in the cafe next to the lobby, they mentioned about complimentary milk for the night as well, but when I asked for it in the reception, they said it is already in the room although it was not the case. Also, I must mention that the room's interior felt a bit dated. While it was clean and comfortable, it could use some modernization to match the overall charm of the hotel. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel with a great location for its value, then it is a good choice to consider.

怀疑是日本人开的

办理入住的时候有免费的咖啡
房间也是简单乾净
电视可以收到日本的电视台还有HBO
早餐是在日本料理餐厅
餐厅到处都有日文

服务好，热情周到，前台陈月非常周到，升级了A座套房，装修很温馨，床品新 床也给我舒服。特别早餐蔬菜衞生新鲜，早餐丰富，还有三文鱼，日餐 中餐为主。门僮都是工作了十几年的大叔，每次搬行李谢谢他，都会死哦应该的。都会记得客人。不逊色五星级的服务

这次回来广州住在原单位旁边的友和，非常幸运入住的房间可以看到整个华文，爱了爱了，除了设备（特别是电视台）比较有年代感外，其他都还好，特别是楼下门口处的保安大叔，很贴心很负责任

设施：都有点老旧了，水龙头漏水洗脸盆下水口堵塞
衞生：房间烟味超浓
环境：环境都是有点陈旧
服务：前台和门口大叔服务都很好有求必应那种.
唯独让我们非常不满意的就是咖啡厅里的男服务员态度恶劣差，当天我们9点多准备退房离开酒店的了，应网约司机需要等待，我们就问前台可以在coffee厅坐着等会嘛，前台姐姐都説可以没问题的。我们刚坐下，咖啡厅的男服务生就过来説这边不能坐，仅供在本店购买咖啡的消费人羣。这我就无语了??，我説我刚退房再等车过来，一会就走！服务生就是这是消费区！意思就是“你得离开”。我就纳闷了，在这酒店我也住了约10来回！头一次被人赶着走！当时9am?店里多的是空位！也不差我这一两个位置吧！
咖啡兑换券: 真想拿出来给他！我不需要咖啡！只是坐会等车就走！
不会再下榻此酒店！！！
